The DeForest Police Department has led the way
for other area departments with the implementation of school
resource officers since 1990. Officer Diana O’Neill is the
school liaison officer for the DeForest Police Department.
The
partnership that has been formed with the
DeForest School District has
been one of envy for most communities. The police department,
village government, and
school district have all dedicated themselves to the school officer
program for the benefit of our shared community.
